Cultural Alignment

Team Talk

Why Cultural Alignment?

People in thriving companies respect the same core values and share a sense of purpose. Company leadership is confident, focused, and united by a common vision. That doesn't mean everyone in a successful organization has to think alike. Rather, people look to the company's values for connection, insight, inspiration, and guidance. Sharing common values and a single vision makes people more resilient and able to perform at their best, no matter what challenges they may face.

Culture and Strategy

A company's culture, vision, and strategic goals must align for the organization to succeed. That's because company culture guides every strategic decision an organization takes to reach its goals and realize its vision. If strategy is the roadmap, then culture provides the drive to reach the destination. But culture also shapes strategy. For example, leaders look to the organization's core values to inform decisions, such as how to tackle supply chain issues or introduce new technologies.
